Mr Benson Puah joined The Esplanade Co. 
as the Chief Executive Officer on July 1 1998.
Mr Puah who is an Honours graduate of the
University of Surrey, UK, has headed corpo-
rations including Temasia Health Pte Ltd and
Sentosa Development Corporation as their CEO. 

He has also held several senior management 
positions with leading hotel and property 
companies in Asia Pacific and is no stranger
to the hospitality industry. 

In his new capacity at The Esplanade Co, 
Mr Puah will spearhead the development 
and management of 
The Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay.
